What happens when I use the included minutes?

Usage above the included allowance is billed at the published AI-minute and carrier-minute rates for your plan. The dashboard shows usage so owners and administrators can monitor it.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Account owners and administrators can switch plans as call volume, phone-number needs, or team size changes.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Account owners and administrators can cancel immediately or at the end of the current billing period. A scheduled cancellation can be reactivated before it takes effect.

What happens to my phone number if the pilot ends or I cancel?

Numbers remain assigned while a subscription is active or your pilot is current. When the pilot ends without a subscription, or after cancellation, numbers are released and may be reassigned.

Can SecraAI transfer a caller to a person?

Yes. When human transfer is configured, the AI can confirm the request, summarise what the caller needs, and transfer the call to the appropriate person.
